Oshtore is an integrated digital solutions provider focused on developing modern systems and websites. We help MSMEs and businesses across various sectors transform, improve operational efficiency, and expand their market reach through the right technology.

We're looking for someone independent, proactive, and communicative to join as a Freelance Sales & Marketing Specialist (Work From Anywhere). You'll be the bridge between Oshtore and business owners (MSMEs/companies), offering the website and digital system solutions we build.

• Find and build communication with potential clients (MSMEs/businesses).
• Offer and educate clients on the importance of digital solutions (websites/systems) from Oshtore.
• Negotiate and guide the deal-closing process with clients.

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (experience in the IT/B2B industry is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently from anywhere (WFA).
• Basic understanding of websites or business operational systems.

This is a pure freelance role with no base salary, offering unlimited earning potential based on revenue sharing per project:

• 10% commission per project — for every project successfully closed (standard offer).
• 25% commission per project (Priority Track) — for candidates with technical understanding who can independently deliver IT presentations (especially on website/system architecture) to potential clients.
